*Proceed to fill out free application
*Registration package must be submitted.
*Immunization Record
Security Policy
Child may Not attend Daycare if:
* Fever 99.99 degrees and higher
*Rash
*Vomiting or Diarrhea
*Flu, Bronchitis, Pneumonia
(Take 2-3 days before they can come to daycare)
*Ear Infection
* Conjuntivitis
(Red eyes with yellow discharges)
(Pink eyes)
